Planets<\/a> is a fan-made Metroid game for Windows that adds some modern touches to the original NES version, including saves, a map, and more fluid animations\u2014plus the enemies no longer float through doors and injure Samus between rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There&#8217;s also an expanded map with new areas and enemies, which is what I&#8217;ve been playing. It&#8217;s really good! The map is called &#8220;Novus&#8221; and you have to download the older version (1.27) to play it. Grab the game <a href=\"https:\/\/forum.metroidconstruction.com\/index.php?topic=4952.0\">from the Metroid Construction forums<\/a> or the <a href=\"https:\/\/discord.gg\/Ayp92UJ\">Discord<\/a> if the former&#8217;s Dropbox links are unavailable for whatever reason.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M.
